Program Description

Test your resourcefulness skills!
Challenge 1 - The challenge is to build a car that goes as far as possible while making careful use of materials.
 

Challenge 2 – Your goal is to build a device using nothing but paper, tape, string, and paper clips that can pick up and retrieve a ping pong ball from a distance. The farther away the ball is, and the fewer materials you use to build your device, the higher your score will be.
 

Prizes will be given to the winners in each challenge!
 

Registration required. Earn 2 punches on your card for coming to a Teen Summer Reading Event.
